Here is a list of anime I've seen so far. I've also ranked them, 1 to 5. I can't put all the anime I've seen on my page yet. These are all from the Sci-Fi Channel censored versions.  Project A-ko: 4 1/2 I liked A-ko. A-ko is about "the love child of Wonder Woman and Superman" who goes up against super genius B-ko, who wants to win C-ko's friendship. Female aliens who look male then proceed to kidnap C-ko because they think she is their queen. Of course, both A-ko and B-ko go to the ship to rescue her. Chaos ensues. Vampire Hunter D: 3 3/4 This one was a touching tale of a time and place were vampires and other creatures lurk. People hire hunters to get rid of them. D is a vampire hunter (hence the title) hired to protect a woman who was attacked by a vampire lord of sorts. It is pretty gory. It has more gore in the first scene than a Mortal Kombat game. All in all, I liked the story for its surprises. Lilly Cat: -5 I downright hated this movie. I did not like it because it was too reminiscent of Alien. Cryo tubes, half the crew getting killed, surviving characters fleeing the ship at the end — it just looked to me like too much of a knockoff. Akira: 5 It was great! The animation was great, the story was great, it was an all-out animation fest. If you are an anime fan and haven't seen this, I will personally tape it and send it to you via overnight mail! Hey, in fact, I will deliver it personally! |
